In great shape, no leaks.Fiberglass on outside is in good shape, some chalking.Most of its life, it was stored inside. One propane bottle mounted on hitch.The three tires are decent.Two rear stabilizer jacks on rear have been added plus LED taillights and LED side marker lights.Has a break-away unit on hitch.All windows have new gaskets and seals.New non-motorized fantastic vent and escape hatch.Has the original “elephant hide” walls and carpet. All cushions are covered in washable denim and has new curtains as well as wrap-around aluminum curtain hangers.Has kitchen sink with new hand pump faucet and new water lines, two burner propane stove, a refrigerator that works on 110 volt and propane, fresh water tank, and new convertor.Interior modifications include LED lights with dimmer switches (two sets of 4 watts draw), Halogens over sink and dinette, and white polypropylene cabinet doors, some with chrome catches.Has a porta potti.This model has the dinette in the rear which makes into a bed and bunk beds in the front which makes a couch.The original awning has been used only slightly, no rips or tears.Will need a 12 volt deep cycle battery.$6,000.Located in Middle TN.

This Scamp looks really nice. I am truly interested. I am in Indianapolis so please let me ask a few questions:
What is the length?
What is the weight empty?
Where is the portopotty?
What is the white thing sticking up next to the stove.
Is there an outlet for a microwave in the cubby hole in the closet by the door?
What is the flooring made of?
Is there a heater or AC?
Could you please take a photo with the bunks up?
