1979 Trillium 4500 Eagle, ID

Saw this on my local craigslist. Looks minimal.

Classic Trillium 4500 restored! - $10500 (Eagle)

Showroom condition: Stored in garage / covered since new
New: King electric wall heater, induction cook top, cabinets and carpets
Custom: cocktail table, lunch counter, storage doors, screen door
Dinette: seats 4, 6 in a pinch
Sleeping: full-size master, couch / bunk, fold-down youth bunk.
Weather: window awnings, screen door, full cover
Dry camping: 10 gal fresh, 20 gal grey, 4 gal Potti
and a Mr. Heater that connects to trailer LP gas line
Towing: 1808 GVW, new tires, electric brakes, 7 wire harness, sway bar
Information: Restoration List and History available upon request

Of course to some people if it has a stove, kitchen sink and a refrigerator as well as a furnace that would elevate it far above the state of being minimal.

Exactly. Look at the photos. The materials of the inside components are functional and do not have the design quality you might see in more plush remodels.
