Laguna Table Install - Casita Freedom

Good evening, has anyone installed the Lagun table mount in the Casita Freedom? If so, please tell me what you mounted it’s to — how did you make it work? Thank you. Rose

Not into a Casita, but into my Scamp. I assume, if you want to mount it to a fiberglass bench, the process would be similar.

According to Lagune, they are made to mount to fiberglass, and they come with a backing board to distribute the forces. I decided to mount mine with "overkill" in mind. Here are some photos. Should be adaptable to a Casita. The table is extremely sturdy.

Note: What appears to be the bottom of the brackets is actually the verticle element of the bracket. It was in an awkward postion. But you should get the idea.

The extra wood supports were glued/screwed into position.

TexasRose, here is another thread on that Lagun table install by gordon2. A lot of pictures. I think he also posted right below LyleB about it not being 'overkill', and I agree.

Thank you LyleB and gordon2.

TexasRose, it's what I'm going to do too. Good luck to us

To be fair, its not so obvious. In fact when I add a link on this site, it looks like this.

Did you see the link? Maybe not.. but thats they way this site shows a link if you dont add anything else. So I usually add bold also to make it stand out. Like in this example. Its the same link.

gordon2, learned something new again today. I've never seen the (web)page the 'blue underlined text (links)' took me to. I guess it's the web page, not the dotcom page. Very interesting page
