Hi Doug and Sandy, and you too Frasier & Dorothy,
We will leave here on the 2 of May and be at Hatzic Lake that same day or the next. We will be at the Glass egg meet, with our 1946 Ford Convert, and 1980 Boler. Looking forward to seeing all of you there.

Just a 'thought' Craig:
MAYBE we/YOU should contact Stan and activate emergency plan 'B", utilizing sites behind us between Chinook and Eagle roads (the pull through sites) with the thought of doubling trailers up on'm ???? I know of MORE late-cummers that haven't even kalled you yet!!!!

Craig, as I look at the list of names coming to our meet I must say I am AMAZED that our little Egg Crate has grown and multiplied to the point it has. MY hats off To YOU and Jill (not forgetting all the others who have volunteered their time n efforts) for all your tireless effort put into setting up and organizing this FUN event. For someone who has suffered through all the medical (AND mechanical) issues you've had to deal with, you must be a SUPERMAN!! Congrats you two on such a fine job.
I'm wondering now if we/you should see about doubling up people willing to do so on the pull through sites, as I know we still haven't heard from the likes of The Ledlens, and those PARTY PEOPLE Ross, Bev and family (with the higher amperage service, I know from past experience we CAN do it, IF people are willing to 'share'). Your thoughts???

I contacted Stan regarding doubling up of sites. Apparently there is a municipal bylaw that prevents us from doing this and Stan would have to enforce that rule.
I am maintaining a waiting list however so anyone who wants to take a chance on filling a cancelled spot should contact me through the web site. Unfortunately work has taken a turn for the 'busy' so I haven't been able to monitor the forums.

An exchange of emails with Craig today shows we have 53 sites reserved and there is a rapidly increasing number of people on his 'waiting' list, 5 so far!!
Communications with The Fort Campground management indicate the entire campground is SOLD OUT so anyone not already listed and wishing/hoping to attend best contact Craig asap to get on his waiting list!!!
