Built the final cabinet for the toilet

I have been busy building the final cabinet which will hold the porta-potty.
The top is just set on in this picture, have to do some trimming and final adjusting against the wall and support beams.

Tip open the lower section to access the porta-potty, a PETT toilet

Toilet pulls out of the sleeve

The toilet sets up very quickly

140mm fans

Hello Ian, Luis here.

Question for you, did you buy these fans around town? (YYC)
I need some serious CFM movers too!

Cheers,
L

Great rig BTW, loots of internal space, feels very light and open.

The 2 fans are 140mm computer case fans, they have 2 speeds Very low current draw and a literally silent

The specs Antec TrueQuiet 140:
- Current draw - 0.04 amps on low and 0.1 amp on high.
- Decibels - 9.8 db on low and 20 db on high
- Airflow (CFM) - 40.5 on low and 65 on high

Compared to the Fantastic fan (3 speed):
- Current draw - 1.89, 2.29 and 3.0 amps on low, medium and high.
- Decibels - 39.0, 39.0 and 40.0 db on low, med and high
- Airflow (CFM) - 478, 653 and 920 on low med and high (no comparison on airflow but remember our trailers are only 360 cu/ft total volume without cabinets)

We will be testing them on a trip starting tomorrow, I understand the temperatures will be mid 30C.

Thanks Luis

The fans are from Memory Express in Calgary, they move air quite well but their main advantage is they are silent with almost no power draw which we need because we usually dry camp. If you want to move a lot of air I would consider a Fan-Tastic Fan, or similar, they move a tremendous amount of air but they are noisy and draw more power.

Hi Kenny
After complete repair and preperation of the fiberglass shell the plan is to match the original color scheme. White will be a pure white and the yellow will match the buttercup yellow of the interior. Still debating on paint, it will either be a 2 part polyurethane marine topcoat, or an automotive urethane finish.

Front and read windows will be replaced with UV stable Lexan with new rubber molding. I am keeping the original large side windows, I like the full ventaltion from these (although I do like the looks of the radius sliders but don't like the reduced ventilation). I have a second small radius window like the one I installed in the door to replace the kitchen side window.

I like your interior layout, its very open and fresh.

How is the new table stand holding up, does it have much flex in it when people lean on it or is it pretty ridgid and strong?

Thank you for you comments, it is amazing how open and big it feels on the inside.

The table is very stable with the new platform, Even considering its' size it is quite ridgid. Definitly not as stable as a kitchen or dining table at home but far better than any RV pedistal table or folding mechanism I have come across. The added bonus is that the table can be removed and moved outside if desired.

Thought I would add a few new pictures of the work in progress as my Boler project is slowly taking shape.

Installed a new cabinet to the left of the door which contains the PETT porta-potty, installed sheet vinyl flooring, base board trim and stainless steel backsplash.

Thank you for your kind words.
It has been a lot of work but also very rewarding as the plan comes together. There is still lots of work to do, trim and minor details on the inside and the entire outside to do yet.

The priority right now is to go camping and enjoy
