September 12-14 2014 Niagara Wine Escape
Hi: All. The 2014 Niagara Wine Escape is slated for the weekend of Sept.12-14th. at The Riverside Motel and Campground, 13451 Niagara Pkwy., Niagara Falls Ontario.Riverside Park Campground and Motel Niagara Falls Ontario Canada Call 905-382-2204 and tell them your with the Staceys or the Escapes, Bolers, or the Fiberglass Trailers, and they will try to put us all together. We are booked into site 52(Escape Central) and they have sites to accomodate all types of trailers and styles of camping. The rates will be the off season rates, but sites are limited so book early. This is a very nice cosy campground on the edge of the Niagara River between the falls and Ft. Erie.
I can highly recommend Betty's Restaurantwww.bettysrestaurant.com 8921 Sodom Rd. Chippewa (Niagara's hidden gem) for the best home cooking you never cooked!!!
Lots of Wineries for sampling and buying!!!
Lots of activities at The Falls!!!
Lots of shade to just relax in!!!

Alf,
We will be next to you on 53 again in the fall. Leaving Florida the 14th of May heading to Ohio via Texas and Colorado. Our Compact Jr is ready to go with new shoes and a few other items taken care of. Have a great summer, if in the West Lake Erie Region let us know. We plan to attend the rally in Michigan the week before Niagara.

I'd love to join, but don't know if I'll have my trailer by then (probably won't). I see the campground has tent sites. Would that be OK?

That should be OK Deborah,
In previous years others have stayed in the onsight motel to see trailers and join the group. Let the campground know you are with the group.

Hi: blodn1...That would be just fine...One of the neat things about Riverside Park Motel and Campground Riverside Park Campground and Motel Niagara Falls Ontario Canada is that no site is far from the crowd. We have had several attendees who were trailer shopping, either tent it or motel it.

Alf is right just come even for a day like I I did last year and loved Alf's trailer so much we have bought it! But we cannot make this rally this year since we moved to Manitoba but will be there sometime in the future. Alf does a great job organizing and running it.

Hmmmm, I just saw this. Let me talk to the wee lass this evening and see if we can do this. We have one son in Buffalo and another in Fredonia, so hmmmm.

I do plan to attend this year. I added a link on my home page to the section of my Fiberglass Trailer page that lists all the rallies I've attended. Will be doing a few more here on the west coast before heading back east.

Jessica and I went up last year for our first rally and had a great time and met a fine bunch of people. We we definitely be going again this year and hope you and the "wee lass" can make it.
