I have not tried to change the camera setting before taking the picture, but that's worth a try, too. (Although it's just easier to always take the pic with the home button on my right.)

Mary, it is very nice of you to re-post the pictures, I know you must copy them, process them and then put them up. I have been suspecting the screen
autorotate feature since some videos taken with an iPhone would show sideways on my PC. The worst of it is that if you are using a tablet with the feature turn on, you can never see them right side up, unless you turn your head 90 degrees, which I find somewhat difficult. With the feature (bug) turned off on the receiving end, you can rotate the tablet and see them just fine. I may have been writing about my hunch before, but I don't remember if I posted it or let it go.
