Due to other interests, I am selling my 2017 Spirit Deluxe, picked up in April, going to a different TT. The mods I have done are, Utopia high rise sink faucet, SS stove, Paper towel holder on range hood, Refrigerator /Freezer Wireless thermometer, Refrigerator shelf bars, motion light in fridge, Valance curtains, Magazine rack and remote holder, Custom cocktail table for patio, Bathroom door removed, Bathroom shower pebble mat, PVC bathroom towel racks, Adjustable shelf bars on bathroom shelves Towel rack for sink, Spice rack, 7" foam Southern Mattress, Shelf added in MW cabinet, Wireless Maxx Aire, Stained glass decal on front door, Custom graphics on the outside, Amber door light lens, All hatches changed to thumb latches, no keys, Insect screens on furnace, Jack E Up jack relocate and flag pole holder, 16’ flag pole, Rhino flex sewer hose. 8x12 patio mat, Calmark cover can be purchased separate for $500. Lovely trailer and I can see it's a deal with what all you put in it. What travel trailer are you choosing instead? What options did you decide you wanted that this didn't have?

I haven't bought yet --still scouting the options until retirement time.

I am looking at an Oliver 23' and also at Coach House Platinum 220 MH.
Seriously considering the Platinum 220 motor home, I like the idea I don't have to unhook anything. I always plan very well, so there has been no need to run out to the store, so a MH would work well for me.
I would get the same options as before, I liked everything. Best option was the vinyl floor, absolute must.

Why, pray tell, would you take the bathroom door off? Do you still have the door, I hope? LOL!! If it is not sold by next month, I am interested. Won't have the cash until then. I live in SC, so know where you are.

Actually I never had the door installed by the factory. Since I am the only one using the bathroom I didn't see a need to have a door. More open and doesn't block the dinette. I have the door, mirror and hinges stored in my house.

Factory says 2480lbs out the door, 365lbs tongue weight.
Adding my personal items I am guessing I am still under 3000lbs.
I only filled propane half way, so I added about 40lbs tongue weight
