You should be able to go to a place like Lowes or Home Depot and find a suitable piece of pipe. In the
electrical or plumbing trade any piece of pipe less than 10 foot is called a nipple. A 2 or 3 foot nipple should be pretty easy to find. A 1.25" or 1.50" size diameter should be about right. You don't want something to big and clunky. You could probably take your 4 way lug wrench with you and find something that just slides over the end. Those nipples will have threads on them so you might ask one of the employees to cut the threads off and ream both ends. A box end wrench big enough to slide over the end of the 4 way will also work as a cheater but you have to be careful using that method.
