Parkliner waxed and shiny for the first time!

I need to work at it a bit more when I have time, but having a big carport to park it under made it so much easier to keep clean, then to wax (Meguiar's cleaner wax). It's tough doing the top of these trailers, as even a 6' guy needs a ladder. Took me a couple nights to do the top above the rub rail, then just tonight after dinner to do the bottom.

No work on the trailer tomorrow night, as we are out celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary.

Thursday night we'll pull #006 out and clean the tries and wheels and be ready to leave Friday morning for Lake Erie Sate Park for 4 nights/5 days. First time I've towed this egg with a shine on it!

Have a great 4th all!

Frank

Congratulation on your 42nd anniversary and on getting your trailer waxed. Both are wonderful accomplishments.

We were just there this past week end for a teardrop gathering. We had a lake front site. Have fun.

We have site 80 Ken. The big attraction for us is seeing our kids and grandchildren who live close by. Plus July 3 is our oldest grandson's 5th birthday! Plus we both need a break.

We will be having our 46th anniversary this August.
I may wax our trailer as my wife's anniversary present.
Thanks for the good idea.

Thanks Walt.

Well, you're the 1st one that's asked. Wanna do it again?

Parkliner Specifications

Hi Ho,

In response to Frank A's post from a few years back...how does one find out what number their Parkliner was? I assume this is what Frank A is referring to when he mentioned #006...just curious.

Also, I have purchased a 2013 Parkliner but there wasn't any spec sheet/manual to pass along to me.

Does anybody know where/how I can find details about the 2013 model? I have never owned any travel trailer before and I am clueless on just about everything I should probably know.

I did a search on this site and didn't find anyone talking about it. Maybe there is a kind soul out there who will let me duplicate their owner's manual.

It could happen...

I can't wait to hit the road and meet other PL owners out there.

Thanks,
Tinkerbeller

I purchased a 2012 Parkliner New and all I received were manuals for all the appliances.. Nothing for the Parkliner itself.

I received Chandler's DVD going over the Parkliner inside and out. I converted it to a 2.8 mb .mp4 video that I can attach it to an email to you if you want to pm me your email address.

ps - In 2016 we were told we have about Parkliner #100. Tom wasn't sure at the time.

Tom told me that they never kept track of exactly how many they had made. I have a 2014 and he said mine was 80 something.

Hi imjiwjr,

If possible, I would like a copy too if it will help me with the 2013 I recently purchased. How can I get a copy? This is my first ever travel trailer to own (or camp in) ...so, I need all the help I can get.

Much obliged,
Tinkerbelle

What business does not keep track of production? (yeah, I know... its a rhetorical question)
