CONSTRUCTION
Nine large molded parts laminated and bonded together, create a strong light weight cabin easy to heat, cool and tow.
The bright white gel coat finish makes cleaning fast and easy
Molded and bonded uni-body construction is a strong part of the Eggcamper design philosophy using large area molds to produce both exterior and interior sections, complete with seating, storage cabinets and kitchen features adding strength and durability without unnecessary weight.
Foil faced space blanket insulation / glass core /trapped air space between the inner and outer shells, adds comfort and reduces the cost of heating and cooling.
The molded and bonded uni-body construction eliminates many mechanical fasteners used in traditional stick and staple RVs, creating a strong very light weight leak free cabin
Frame, tires and suspension
Formed structural channel from coupler to bumper makes a strong durable frame, superior to tubing that can rust from within the enclosed sections.
205-80R14 tires are standard.
The Dexter rubber ride axle provides a smooth and quiet ride in a well-proven design.
Electric brakes are standard.

This EggCamper winning bid was $ 10,500. It is at an RV dealier. Used only 3 times. It should still be for sale.

Sorry James, are you saying it "shouldn't still be for sale?"
As the winning bid bought it? And it's,

I would love to see how that A/C is vented/ ducted. If any EggCamper owners here have a set up like that with the a/c under the seat and could post pics it would be very helpful to see it looking in from the outside vent.

We just looked at this today as it's right down the road from us. Their "asking price" was $14,900. It did look perfect inside and out. I told Hubby they wanted way to much for it considering how much one cost new.

Good question, Robin. The ebay listing says "winning bid $10,500." There's nothing mentioned about a reserve not being met, so it should be "SOLD".

Well, when we were there they had removed it from their lot and had it back in service. They didnt say why it was in service but in hindsight I'd have to guess it was to clean it up for pickup. Never once did they mention it was on ebay. I cant remember the extact time we stopped by but I'm wondering if the auction hadnt ended yet but was getting close so they were hoping somebody would come in and buy it since the bid was so low and they didnt put a reserve on it. They took it in on trade and have no idea how much they gave the oringial owner for it. I'm gonna look on their website to see if it is still listed. Maybe somebody else could call them and ask if it's still available. I would but with darn caller I.D. and all they might recognize my name since they took our info when we were there.
