1982 Burro Help

I found a 1982 burro for 8,500. I’m trying to figure out if this is a good deal. The work that has been done looks like it is good quality. But I don’t know enough about this yet to know if the price is fair.

Get underneath the trailer and inspect every inch of the floor from the bottom. you do not want to replace the floor. I would have someone hose the windows from the outside and check the widows and roof vent for leaks. I took my window our cleaned them and resealed them with butyl putty. $8500 sounds a little high but it looks like a lot of work has gone into this trailer. repack or have someone repack the wheel bearings.

Given description price is high. If everything was done, that is a reasonable price. Go to fiberglass RV 4 sale site and click on sold trailers. You won't see actual selling price, but you will see asking price.
