Trillium liner

I'll probably raise a few hackles here, but has anyone ever investigated replacing the Ensolite liner with something spray on? Some kind of paintable, closed cell spray on foam.
My old 1976 liner if surface fine but the backing is pretty thin around the Windows, probably from previous work. And replacing the whole thing with new Ensolate isn't a job I want to do.

Since your windows are lined with a wood frame, the insulation is not so important there. The current alternative to Ensolite is Refletex covered by a marine head liner, (rat fur). Spray foam would work, but it would be difficult to make it look good.
