What a superb job! Just finished reading through. Did you have the roll out bed frame custom made? For my boler I am thinking of something like this as a bed extender which can be pushed in during the day and pulled out at night.

Got the frame custom made by a welder all aluminum, I just cut the plywood and painted it. The frame cost me $180 on wheels.

Just fixed the fiberglass and painted it , and then placed a vinyl logo same colour as trailer bottom.
