Our HOA requires trailers in the garage. Garage height is 7 foot. I am able to sqeeeeeze the
Trillium 4500 into the garage this way:
1 - replace the regular wheels with 8" rims/tires (size 4.80-8)
2 - remove the vent dome
3 - raise the garage door above the door frame (side mount garage door opener)
4 - move level trailer half way into the garage, but stop before roof vent frame bangs into the garage door frame
5 - use a floor jack to lower the trailer tongue down to the point that its resting on the floor jack frame (all the way down)
6 - roll the trailer 3 more feet (roof vent frame clears the door frame)
7 - use the floor jack to raise the trailer tongue and re-deploy the tongue jack
Steps 1-4 can be done with the tow vehicle, and this gets the trailer wheels onto the garage floor surface. You could lower the tongue onto a some type of dolly instead of a floor jack.
