Floor sagging in boler

Hi folks, I’ve stripped my boler back to re-wire it and have discovered that the fiberglass floor under the banquette seat on the driver’s side is cracked and sagging. The frame is straight underneath. Am wondering if anyone else has dealt with this and how you straightened/reinforced the floor.

Hi Sarah.
The underside of the floor in the corners get a bunch of junk from the road on it from the wheels. Mine had the sAme mushy feel when I stripped out the interior.
I had a support bolted on the frame to extend to that area on both sides. Also reinforced with fiberglass inside. Then I sprayed on that stuff like truck bed liner on the underside. Some people also put mud flaps on the frame behind the wheels.

Thanks Renee! Where did you get the extra support added? Did you go to a welding shop? Did you give them particular instructions? I’m new to this.

I am sure a trailer shop can do it.
We have a friend who works as a sheet metal and steel fabricator. He measured everything and came back a week later and with my husband bolted the brace on our trailer. He is very talented, he built his own tiny home. He checked out our trailer for us, advised where new bolts were needed, etc.
