1972 Trillium 1300 condensation at bottom of ensolite in one corner in the dinette

Hi everyone
We are new owners of a redone Trillium and we've discovered a small bit of water that forms periodically from the bottom of the ensolite in the dinette area. It seems as though it is not firmly secured to the wall at the bottom like it is on the other side. Is this our issue I'm wondering? Can we glue it on and fix this?
Thanks!

Without knowing the history of your trailer, I would guess belly band or window leak. Ensolite tends to come loose from water leaking behind it.

Many "redos" I have seen were more cosmetic in nature. Endless threads on how to fix belly band and reseal Trillium windows.

Perhaps prior owner kept trailer covered when not in use and did not see the leaks.

Tradition caulk for windows = bad. Butyl tape under window frames = good.

Hi!

Thanks Thrifty Bill! It was an extensive restore(completely repainted outside and in and recaulked all windows etc.) but I do see that there is a small gap in one of the aluminum frames on the window directly above the issue. I'll seal that! Thank you very much. Have a lovely day.
