How do you keep the wastewater from possible backing up into the shower? I can’t find any info about how this is a good idea. I have been looking at a 2018 but they don’t even seem to have specs that are clear I about it. Thank you Frank.

By golly, interesting question. Never thought about that, probably because we never had a problem. There must be something in the engineering of travel trailers to prevent such a thing from happening. This is our 3rd RV and we've never experienced wastewater backing up into the shower.

Is your Parkliner trailer still available as of this date?
We are very interested but living in Western NC. We would be willing to drive up to see the trailer. We are interested enough to put a down payment to hold it until we could get up there. Would you consider that?

Yes Dusty, our Parkliner is still available. It is in great shape and almost like new. Sure, if you want to put a down payment on it till you come up and take a look, we will be glad to do it. Just so you know, we bought it in October 2013! Folks that had it used it once, and when we knew it was for sale, we bought it immediately. Had to drive down to NJ to get it.

We've been down to NC a few times and SC once. Not too bad a drive either. Seems to me two easy days of driving, or one full day.
