Need 1977 Surfside 14' Weights

I'm getting ready to put my trailer up for sale, and I know someone is going to ask me the empty weight and the tongue weight. The only thing different on the tongue is that it has the attachments for a Reese Sway bar.

It has the top bunk in the front removed, has 2 burner stove, 3 way fridge, new rv/marine battery (very heavy) -- about 25 lbs (judging that is the most weight I can lift comfortably, and I still have to huff & puff a bit.

I've never weighted mine, but the tag on the inside cabinet says 14 hundred and something (14??) mine runs tongue light without battery in place. (that sounds funny - tongue light / lite?)

Thanks, Jana, that's helpful. I hadn't checked the info inside the door. I guess I can tell them that the previous owners towed it with a classic Mustang!
