Casita Dimensions

Sorry if this is somewhere, but I searched and didn't find it.

Does anyone have the exterior dimensions for a 17' Casita? I need the height of the fiberglass and not the overall height which I've seen as 97". Also the width of the AC would be helpful as well.

I need to park it by the side of my house and I have restricted space for about 12' from the side and want to make sure that I can fit it there without any issues.

Thanks in advance.

Regular or high lift suspension? 14" or 15" wheels?
(The majority of used units have the high lift option and 15" wheels.)

Rubber torsion axles tend to sag a bit over time, which can make an inch or two of difference, as can changes to wheels and/or tires.

All I can get easily is this, from measuring the carport our '96 SD 17 is in. Between the posts from one side to the other is 9' 6". There is about 14 to 16 inches between each side post to the belly band of the trailer. The center height of the carport is also 9' 6" with about 6" space above the A/C unit. This is an older trailer so your A/C unit may be different. Original axle and 14" wheels.

Maybe just knowing the height of the AC would help and then I could just back out any differences? Or just confirming that the value listed on the Casita site does include the AC and just make some estimates?

So if the Dometic is about 12" and Casita lists the overall height as 8'11" Could I safely assume that the top of center fiberglass is 7'11"?

I also notice that there is also a small step down in the center? Maybe another 6" or so?

Thank-you, that gives a nice pictorial view.
