I don't get the clue as to why you are selling, but where are you? My Fire tablet doesn't show that.
Am I correct that it does not have the mascerating toilet?

Looks to have some nice improvements over our 2016.
If we had not already made revisions to ours we could be interested.

How well does the door fit? Ours had gaps along the bottom and latch side.
We prefer the lighter color wood doors.

Is the fridge compartment sealed from the rest of the cabinets?

I was fantasizing our dogs would love to crawl under the table and stay out of the way some. HA. They are so spoiled. Need to be in the middle of everything. The toilet is whatever came with the trailer. No flaws anywhere The camper is perfect I truly love it

We live in Lawrenceville Georgia

That refrigerator must be sealed to anywhere in the coach- RVIA rule.
I have found some in my past that were open in an overhead cabinet- made quick work of those once the owners knew the possible tragedy. stay safe-

Hey Bill... went out and took pic. Looks like the fridge is screwed to the cabinet Well I guess thats not really a cabinet but the box for the cabinets.

The screws, as best as I can tell, are to hold the appliance in the cabinet- there needs to be a seal behind those trim pieces. Unless you have taken a refrigerator out before, my advice is not to. Best bet it to have a very good CO detector and with excellent batteries-- not year old batteries but new ones. If you get the CO detector going off, time to get a tech to look at the reason for the CO leak. Main culprits for CO leaks: refrigerator, water heater, furnace, cook top.
As a funny aside, one previous customer had his detector going off intermittently and despite very detailed efforts to determine the leak, nothing showed. I noticed the dog bed next to the detector. As it turned out, Fluffy had her own gas leaks and when she ****ed, the detector went off--moved the bed, problem solved! I can never overstate the need for good CO detector!
Best to you this New Year!
Bill
