1300 trillium brakes?

Hi we have a 1300 Trillium and a 2008 Highlander tv with 3500 # tow cap
Do we need brakes ? Will we bounce all over with no suspension?
I am going to get a friction anti sway bar.
Thanks,

Rich

Rich,

Definitely add brakes if you don't already have them. Your Trillium actually does have a suspension integral to the torsion axle. If it is bouncing around it probably still has the original torsion axle, and its way overdue to be replaced. When you replace the axle, order with brakes.

The anti sway bar isn't necessary with such a light weight camper.

+10 if axle is original, plan on a new axle and get one with brakes. That is on my 2019 to do list on my 1977 Trillium 1300.
