Subfloor
The only thing that was done was a new plywood floor above the fiberglass belly. As shown in my story in the first stages, was, I stained and varathaned the plywood and covered with a product called "Floor-a-Box".

More to the story
Next pic is the project of getting two computer fans attached inside the vent and wired to a switch as shown earlier.
Here is the invention....it will help with heat removal and odor removal..
Mike
Next pic is the final installation of the whole vent from the inside...
Next was the 12 Vdc power panel...and next the final cover for safety reasons.
Next, the piece missing because previous owner removed all equipment and did a half-baked job plugging the large holes...anyway, I want LED strip lighting all the way round the midsection like the "Armadillo" . I rigged up a piece of 1x2 and cut to the same size and completed the path.
I'm now going to continue fiberglass (panels) the sides and ceiling. Then on to the kitchen..

Ok thanks for the info. Did you paint directly over the reflectix? Or did something else go over it before painting?

I was wondering what happened to you. :-) Is your trip to Yarmouth still on the same date? Love your small hideaway box in back under the table. I was hoping we would do one of those in my old Boler. Great for easily reachable water jugs or bedding.

Hi Mike,
Great work you are doing to your Boler! Looking at your post #17 earlier in this thread you mentioned the "outer curve is PVC 1X2". It appears to be attached to the shell of the camper. My question is how did you attach the PVC? I am working on a Boler 17, and I want to change the current method for attaching cabinets and benches (steel angle brackets held by 1/4" bolts thru the shell) to mounting blocks held by epoxy or polyester resin and FG.

John in Michigan
I used the original holes that were drilled out and heated the 3/4 inch thick 1x2 PVC and shaped each piece by pushing with my foot at the curve and screwing stainless steel screws into each original hole. Before the screws were installed the holes were countersunk enough to let the head go in just enough so the head is below the fiberglass shell. later, I used fiberglass filler to cover each hole. Then, I will sand and paint the entire trailer.

I'm back
It was a mad few months to get ready for the Boler Rally in River John, Nova
Scotia.
Bought a brand new lid cover and a Camco "Hoodie" to go over that.
Then it was time to tackle the grey water tank.
Refit and make new connections for water (from the sink) and out....spigot on the tank to attached to sewer.

Now the Kitchen
You may remember that the boss wanted a kitchen over looking the hitch out the big window.
After a lot of work with the curves and the bathroom wall (I used cardboard cutout until it was perfect) I was then brave enough to cut the 1 inch thick butcher block counter. Thank goodness it fit.
Then, I had to build a support for the counter and include sink, taps, 2 cupboards, a opening for microwave and fridge opening. Oh, and electrics everywhere. Including DC for the inverter.

More kitchen
Remembering that this kitchen is unconventional to say the least. Now I installed receptacles in back and on the front for the chef.
The was a "GFCI" receptacle installed nearest the sink for safety reasons.

More kitchen redesign
Next thing after power was the inverter (converts deep-cycle 12dc battery to 120 vac) which is great for staying at Wal-Marts. I have enough to run fridge. fans, lights and microwave through the night.
Then, a pic to show the kitchen plug. (GFCI)
Then the new fridge was installed....
Then a RV water connector where we wanted it.

Reply to the poppy
I used more than one......here goes..
First, I had to clean the walls and ceiling with cleaner of a sort like alcohol or paint remover being sure to cover the floor, as the stuff you use can eat into the floor. This will make sure there is no residue on the walls from the ensolite.
This will help the glue to work.
Second, I sprayed the adhesive to both the wall and the reflectix and waited the little bit of time for the glue to get tacky. The fiberglass on the wall is not flat and dangerously sharp. Press the reflectix against the wall/ceiling and hold until you can let go. This time can be as little as 30 seconds to a minute depending on humidity and cold/hot temps.
Thirdly, if you are using marine vinyl, the procedure is pretty much the same.
I did not use marine vinyl but, rather, I used very expensive fiberglass sheets from Home Depot.
Hope this helps. Mike

Further to the poppy
It may help if I indicated what I used.....duh.
I had to use 3 different products....my local store ran out of one of the products and I didn't want drive 20 miles in the dead of winter....so, I tried more than one with success with each.
The products are: 3M--Super 77
Elmers --E451
LePage MultiPurpose (1726249)
Try a sample in a inconspicuous spot.

What do you intend to put over the Reflectix? And how are you attaching both of them? We are about to redo the inside of our 1975 Boler.

My covering over the reflectix.
I used fiberglass over the reflectix. I bought 7 sheets from home depot. It is white. Cost about $65.00 cdn. per sheet. Very tricky, but the result was unbelievable. Any pics is too hard to see.
