Biggar door latch
I have a Biggar camper and the lock is wearing our inside the door latch and doesn't really lock anymore. Anybody know where I could get another one for this camper or something with similar dimensions to fit. It's a bigger square door latch

....also has anyone ever mounted a a/c unit on the roof of one of these behind the roof vent hole (cut a new hole for the a/c unit itself and still have the vent). Where did you wire it too and did you need to change out the converter in the trailer to power it?

a picture would be good of the latch, I have a bargman l300 some where in the garage which is what it sounds like. You can also replace with a more modern one such as a trimark as some have done. Pictured is a l300

I will try and find the Bargman L300 tomorrow and you can have if for the cost of shipping. Its used but I cleaned it up and made a key for it(homemade key). I know its in the garage but built a new garage last year and I am still trying to find stuff
PM me with your address

biggar door latch
I don't know if this will help with your a/c question, but my biggar's a/c opening is 33 inches from the centre of my front vent to the centre of rear/c vent , right where the fridge sit's, there might be an vent hole already up there and they just panelled over as a/c wasn't called for , the power wires from what i could see run towards the fridge an down to the power centre, Removed my air conditioner and capped off the wiring , put in a maxx fan.

So there is factory wiring running to that spare hole behind the paneling already? I know I have a spare 20 amp breaker in the camper I wonder if that's what that us for? Wasn't sure if the panel would handle a newer a/c unit although it does run the window a/c unit.

Biggar door latch
I don't know if there is factory wiring up there , the old wire that is up in my bigger is stiff as a board , you could take out the fridge, I had to and then run wire over and down inside the wall between the fridge and stove,I dont know about your biggar but mine didn't have nearly enough venting to get rid of the heat ,it does now , my 40 year old fridge chills down to 25 degrees now that can breathe.
