Suspicious
I don't understand why he wouldn't, I would be wary of it and continue looking.

The owner of the company is the one I was talking about not releasing any information on the # manufactured.

BIGFOOT 21Ft. Trailer Poll
May I ask what is so important about those years, as they are all the same. Every year that they are made except for inside colours and different decals. I am sure you will find what you are looking for one day. Good Luck on your searching...

Why would you think that?I asked about a specific model and years not sure what the difference would make to anyone?

That seems to be the question from others and I am here to offer the answer:
From the information I have ascertained from a reliable source there was no production on the 21 until 2013 and very few then. The 21 production was not geared up until sometime in 2015 which is why there may be a few of the 2016.But thats the most I can find out at this time thus the question I presented.
When doing a search for a 2011 to 2016 BF 21 to purchase I have not found any.If I could know how many were made then I might know if I would be able to find something. But if none would be available then I may have to focus on 2008 or older models which is what I have been doing.Rather than waiting in hopes of something newer. Does that explain it?

The fiberglass camper manufacturing is very small.Only a few companies really with all different styles of builds. Not really much competition other than price and quality. What ever they made a 6 to 10 years ago for production really does not have any relevance in my opinion but again I am open to hear why it would matter.

I saw (and wrongly answered) your FB post. I'm not convinced that if no one reading these forums answers, that it means none were built.
Have you looked on some of the rv sales website archives?
Here is a 2013:
https://www.fiberglass-rv-4sale.com/...igfoot-25b21fb
Here are 2 listed as a 2016:
https://www.smartrvguide.com/L51004399
https://www.smartrvguide.com/L49715445
Maybe ping some of the fiberglass rv classified owners/admin and see if they know of any previous sales. Also, Have you looked on the bigfoot owners club (BOCI) yet? They have some archive pictures of the Bigfoot rallies from previous years. Might even be people on who remember seeing them. Of course a lot of members here are members there as well, but there may be some who are only there.

You asked for a guess, I gave you one. I have no idea why they won't give you the information, and since you didn't like my guess, OK.

When Bigfoot came back there was not much that changed in the 21' from one year to the next other than interior and exterior color.
Now the older 21's from 2008 and earlier could have some noticeable differences. So I could see someone being particular on wanting a year range.

I have to apologize. I gave you incorrect info regarding new ownership turnover. Bigfoot went bankrupt as a result of the 2008 recession. You can search this forum for a thread acknowledging the bankrupcy filing for an exact date. They were bought by people who worked for BF before they filed for bankruptcy - 2011. I'm guessing that is why you see limited productions in those years. Probably a combination of reorganizing/purchasing the company and waiting for increased demand for those trailers.
Maybe you should start another thread asking if there are any known quality issues with BF 21 trailers built between 2011 and 2016. You may get specific answers which may satisfy you.
good luck with your search

BIGFOOT 21Ft. Trailer Poll
Jane very well said, Bigfoot,s come up forsale every day or week, you should be able to find something you like as they are all very well made. Or maybe the best answer to this thread is Just go and purchase a brand new Bigfoot.
You will have a trailer for at least 20 plus years.

Bigfoot
If purchasing used; I would put more into how the original owner or owners looked aft their unit rather than the year . If purchasing new then you are under warrantee for your unit. I would rather have a 20 year old unit that was well looked after than a 2 year old unit that was thrashed .
Rather than getting serial numbers ; the year on the licensing will tell you the year made.

Congratulations and best of luck on your (hopefully) imminent purchase.

Bigfoot
When Bigfoot restarted they produced mainly truck camper in various sizes. The demand for trailers started and yes they custom made for buyers . To invest in units and have then sit until sold for either dealer or manufacturer is not a good business move. That was one of the problems with the first company plus a number of other reasons I won't get into as a long story. The new startup owners/partners are trying to not make the same mistakes as the previous ones and seem to be doing a good job.
The investment in what it takes to put together a premium unit takes a lot of cash as most of it is purchased in US dollars.
