Our lock has finally given up and we don't seem to be able to find a replacement It is the L300 square door lock. Any thoughts on replacements

Welcome to the forum Terry, about your lock...they're expensive to replace or fix. Might be better off to do a mod and replace it with a more common lockset. Others will be along with more info for you soon.
