Question Is the Parkliner still being built? parkliner.com domain is for sale.

Hi,
I'm thinking of buying a 2018 Parkliner for sale in GA. I can't find much research about it, or anything on nadaguides.com for it.
Is it still being built?

Also, I have read that the 2018 Parkliner just had a cassette toilet. Really? If so I won't even go look at it.
Thanks in advance!

Linda

Parkliner has been out of production for several years. There were two versions, the classic single hull 15’er (c. 2012-2018) and the short-lived double hull 16’er during the Liberty Outdoor partnership (c. 2018-2019). Cabin is the same size and layout; the frame was lengthened a bit I think. I may be a little off on the dates, and I’ll count on someone to correct me.

I’m not sure if a 2018 is a 15’ or 16’. One easy way to tell is the entry door: the 16’ has a flat door and the 15’ has a curved door.

IIRC the classic Parkliner came with a macerating toilet that fed into a combined black & grey tank. I think that carried over to the 16’er.

AFAIK the only molded trailer built with a cassette toilet was the Lil Snoozy. That’s not to be confused with a portable toilet (porta-potty).

Thanks, Jon! It must be a 16' 2018 Parkliner. It looks really, really nice. photos at Southland RV, Norcross, GA. https://www.southlandrv.com/product/...del-1692684-29

We have a 2016 Parkliner. Standard toilet is a portapotty, optional is the SeaLand macerating toilet. It works real well.
The "curved" door never sealed properly. I had to make a new jamb.

The A/C under the side dinette seat is a joke. Go for a roof A/C.

Forgot to mention… I believe both sets of molds were sold to different parties, and there have been rumors of a reprise.

Trillium / Outback in Calgary got one of the molds. I'm not sure which one.

Interestingly, I had cassette toilet in my T@da and much prefer it to the traditional pump and dump in trailers. Very easy to empty and great for just a couple.

I have a 2012 model and love it. I think the newer one has some great improvements. First one being the air conditioner. I use a heater vent deflector and some Velcro to redirect the air up. Big improvement. I also have the masticating porcelain prince. Much nicer than the cassette. Could of been a little higher though. LOL.
