End of October Recommendations for Camping in the Catskills

I'd like to take an end of October trip in the Catskills and am looking for places to camp - ideally with a dump station. I'd like a good location for hiking and possibly some canoeing.

Any recommendations are appreciated. It seems that most of the state parks close by mid-month.
