First Post for Trillium 1300

I have been a member of this site for years but I have finally made some progress on my 1975?? Trillium 1300 so I thought it a good time to post. I have done all the work myself and thanks to some good folks at Boatcraft in Edmonton recieved some expert advice on fiberglass repair and painting and they had all the materials to do the job. The exterior was done over a couple of years with removal of the belly band and exterior furnace/fridge vent openings(going electric). I rebuilt all the windows with new seals and the exterior is Raptor bed liner on the bottom half and Brightside paint roll and tipped on the top. This winter will see the inside completed and I will post more pics.

I think the upper color was steel grey but looking at the online paint sample it looks darker. My trailer is stored at another location and I will check this weekend.

Some progress pictures

I added supports to the front frame and used 3/4inch sign grade plywood to create a deck to support the propane tank and battery housings. The added weight to the tongue is to offset the rack I added to the back.

Some progress pictures

I also refurbished the front wind screen using aluminum checkerplate. The plate is just 1/16th thick so very light yet durable.
