The good news is that U have single pane windows, which is easier to work with.

Because the problem is extensive you should find a good RV glass repair service. They will not only reseat your windows but rebuild the outside of each window. You want a shop that has experience with “vintage” trailers & will use appropriate materials for Fiberglass.

RV repair shops won’t work with “glass” problems. They refer their clients to glass specialists. To find a reputable RV glass service, call 2-4 RV/trailer repair shops and ask which glass shops they send their clients. Then take your trailer in for estimates. Ask for customer references. Make sure they understand that you have a Fiberglass trailer & will agree to use Butyl tape.

It will not be cheap to have glass specialists do this repair work. But you will solve the problem and can maintain the windows yourself biannually at minimal cost.

Sometimes you have to let a professional solve your problem.
Thanks Jane ! I understand what you mean. How much did it cost to have your window fixed at a glass shop ?? I will try a few things first but my concern with taking them all apart is running into even more problems and/ or creating more problems not being experienced ! Like you said sometimes it’s better to pay the pros

Ok thanks. My back one seems fine. The front one leaks at the bottom seemingly from the track. The previous owner had tape layered on the bottom 6” or so and on the bottom. Definitely it blocked some of the weep holes. I’m wondering how exactly the water is getting in the track there I need to inspect with a hose. I took the tape off but I hope there isn’t another issue it was a temporary solve for.

How “deep” exactly are the weep holes on the side ? For example how far should I be trying to clean with a wire or whatever. That being said what was your method for cleaning them ? I’ve seen some videos with wire and compressed air.

pour a little water in the track on the inside see if it flows out the weep holes. push the wire thru the weep holes, compressed air yes ( from inside to the outside )
