13ft anything 4 Corners

Hi all,

I'm searching for a 13ft burro, casita, scamp..anything small. Planning on throwing my old dog in and going on an extended fly fishing/life re grouping trip sounds like it should work, right? Mainly interested in the models without a bathroom, who doesn't like to poop in the woods!?

Located in the 4 corners cash in hand! 5k

Hi there in Mancos.

I live in Telluride and drove to Montrose yesterday. Newer looking 13 foot scamp on left heading into Montrose at the RV/Truck sales lot where they sell for you. You Sell Auto or something like that. 15k. Featured prominently by the road. Good luck!

Hbagley, you gave an excellent plan, and yes, it will work. I wish you the best luck and speed in your search! You are in the right place to find the trailer, and you quite obviously have the right dog to help you find the rest of it.

Originally fiberglass...NOT painted, but wet sanded, waxed and polished. Price is FIRM: $8800. No wiggle at all.

As a Trillium owner myself, I’d go for the Trillium. IMHO it’s smart to take a toilet off your list as space is limited in a 13 ft trailer. Realize on FG trailers length is measured end to end. So a 13 foot trailer has just a 10ft body on it. To get a toilet you give up a place to sit.

As you get larger the bathroom trade off is easier. Our 19 footer has a toilet and shower, a queen bed and a four person dinette. Meanwhile my Trillium 1300 has a smallish rear dinette that I keep as a bed and a front gaucho that coverts to bunks. So I use the gaucho as a place to sit/read/computer/whatever and leave the rear dinette in bed form.

Good luck on the hunt!
