My Casita is in pristine condition. It has less than 3000 miles and has had very gentle use. Two full propane tanks, beautiful awning, and if desired, a full size memory foam mattress. The bathroom is in the front of the trailer and the AC is perfect and runs well. It has been in storage so I will have it detailed for the new owner.
