We are selling our beloved 2001 Spirit Deluxe 17 ft after many wonderful years of camping. No pets, no smokers.
It is in excellent condition and is super clean. We just had the carpeted interior steam cleaned and the exterior professionally waxed.
Although it has two separate seating areas, we have preferred to keep the large area set up with our bed as we purchased a mattress from Southern Mattress which is not included in sale of camper
It is a great family camper as the small dinette becomes a bed for a child.
The camper weighs only 2200 lbs., 3200 lbs. loaded, making it easy to tow. We have towed with a Toyota Tacoma 4 cylinder and currently tow with a 6 cylinder.
The
fiberglass exterior makes it durable and water tight. It comes with an
awning, a 16 gallon fresh water tank, grey and black water holding tanks, a 6 gallon hot water heater, two 20 gallon
propane tanks, A/C with heat strip, a Fantastic fan, 3 way
refrigerator AC, DC,
propane , a built in
microwave, a 2 burner stainless steel stove 3 years old and a brand new set of blinds.
We removed the range hood for aesthetic reasons and we tiled the backsplash area.
It looks very sharp.
It also has a Suburban
furnace which needs to be repaired or replaced.
Upgrades include: outside shower, newer 15
tires including spare all on aluminum wheels, Pergo like flooring, new high rise faucet in sink, lighted water pump switch, LED bulbs in all
lights, rear hitch,
Bathroom has a sink, toilet and full stand up shower. There is great storage room in the wrap around cabinets, ample under the bed storage and a full length closet.
