I m selling the 2019 standard 16 foot Scamp camper with front bathroom and side dinette. The trailer is configured with the large dinette in the rear converted into a full time bed. Removing the mattress is all that needs doing to restore the original table and seating. There is a sink and two burner propane cooktop and is fully carpeted. The bathroom is a wet bath with shower and toilet that has not been used. There is a venting fan in both bathroom and a Max Air fan in the main area. There is no A/C and no refrigerator. The wiring is there for both. I use an extra twelve volt socket near the bed for a portable dometic fridge.

I am located in Hudson Valley, New York.

Just an FYI- this is layout 6. Layout 3 is the one with no bath and no side dinette, which may cause some potential buyers to overlook your nice unit.
